The cost of bKash sending money will depend on the number to which the money will be sent. Send Money is free on favorite numbers in bKash, where the cost will apply to send money to numbers other than favorite numbers.

Send Money to your favorite number for free!

Send money cost to favorite number in bKash does not apply. In other words, you can send money to your favorite numbers for free.

A bKash customer can add 5 bKash customer account numbers as their favorite number. However, the agent or merchant number cannot be added to the favorite number.

This means that only the personal bKash number can be added as a favorite number and sent Money for free. 

The terms of the free send money to the favorite number are:

  • There will be no charge for sending Money up to Tk 25,000 per month on favorite numbers.

  • From Tk 25,000.01 to Tk 50,000 per month, a charge of Tk 5 will be applicable for transactions on preferred numbers. 

  • If the monthly transaction on the preferred number is more than Tk 50,000, a charge of Tk 10 will be applicable for each transaction.

In the case of big transactions, higher charges will be applicable as per the limit mentioned above. Example: A customer has already sent Tk. 24,500 to a favorite number in 1 month. Now, if he wants to send another 800 Takas to a favorite number (total of 25,100 Tk), then a charge of 5 rupees will be applicable for this transaction. Similarly, a customer has already sent Money of Tk 49,500 to a favorite number in 1 month. Now, if he wants to send another 700 rupees to a favorite number (total of 50,100 Tk), then a charge of 10 Takas will be applicable for this transaction.

A customer can have a maximum of 5 favorite numbers at any given moment.

Send Money to any number other than your favorite number:

Charge applicable in case of send Money to any number other than a favorite number.

  • You can send Money of Tk.100 or below to any number other than your favorite number every month without any additional charge. A charge of Tk 5 will be applicable in case of sending Money from100.01 to 25,000.

  • A charge of Tk 10 per month will be levied on any amount of Money above Tk 25,000 on any number other than the favorite number.

  • As per the above-mentioned limit, in the case of a big transaction, a charge of Tk. 10 will be applicable. Example: A customer has already sent Tk. 24,500 in 1 month to any number other than the favorite number. Now, if he wants to send another Tk 600 (total Tk 25,100), then a charge of Tk 10 will be applicable for this transaction.

Cash-out charge from the bKash app

1.75% charge will be applicable to cash out with bKash app. In other words, it will cost 16.5 Tk to cash out every 1000 Tk.

Again, you can cash out the bKash favorite agent number with a fee of Tk 14.90 per thousand. You can cash out up to Tk 25,000 with a fee of Tk 14.90 on bKash's favorite agent number.

To set bKash Favorite Agent, go to the Cash Out section of the bKash app. The favorite agent can be set from there. You can also set your favorite agent number from the My bKash option by dialing * 246 #.

Bkash cash out charge from ATM

If bKash cash is withdrawn from an ATM, a Tk 14.90 per thousand charges is applicable. However, it is impossible to cash out less than 3 thousand rupees from the ATM. 

So you can enjoy the relatively low cash-out charge only on cash-out above 3 thousand rupees.

BKash cash out charge by dialing * 247 #

BKash's USSD code can be cashed out by dialing * 247 #. In that case, 1.75 percent charge is applicable in case of cash out.
